Who We Are

Welcome to our Circle of Love.

Circle of Love Foster Family Agency is a private non-profit organization that provides services in the Inland Empire Region. Our organization is dedicated to developing, training, and providing resources to children from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds that have been displaced due to trauma experienced within their birth family. 

Our agency will coordinate with County placing agencies in the Riverside and San Bernardino County, in order to find placement of foster children (0-18 years of age) in both the regular and medically fragile populations with our trained and certified foster families.

Our staff includes qualified Social Workers and Certified Nurses to facilitate the transition of the neglected children from their birth homes to a new, nurturing, loving environment, and beyond. 

Mission

Our mission is to provide services to children who have been removed from their biological family and who have been exposed to trauma related to abuse and neglect. We partner with the placing county to uphold the regular visitation with the biological family with the ultimate goal of reunification. In the event that this goal is not achieved, we will assist in finding permanent placement for the children.
